Horos Asset Management SGIIC SA has a Regulation for the Protection of Clients, which is recommended for reading, which regulates the activity of the Customer Service Department, as well as the procedure for the presentation and processing of complaints and claims, which must be attended to and resolved by the Entity within two months of their presentation to the customer service department or service or, where appropriate, the customer ombudsman.
Once the claim has been submitted to the Customer Service Department, if the response has not been satisfactory or if a period of one month has elapsed since the claim was submitted without having received a response, the client may contact the CNMV INVESTOR SERVICE OFFICE located at C/ Edison 4, 28006 Madrid.
Clients may submit their claims or complaints in the first instance to the head of the Horos Asset Management SGIIC, S.A.U. Customer Service Department:
