How do I contract a Horos product?

What products are available?
We have two investment funds and a pension plan. All of them are 100% equities and follow a value investing philosophy. On one hand, we have Horos Value Iberia, which invests in shares of Spain and Portugal. On the other hand, we offer Horos Value Internacional and Horos Internacional PP, both with a similar portfolio of shares, which invest in companies around the world without any geographical limit.
Can I subscribe the investment funds and the pension plan at the same time?
Yes, you can do it at the same time. In any case, the information to subscribe these products is different, so we will ask for different information for each of them.
Is it possible to contract Horos products for more than one person?
For funds, it is possible. In any case, the option of 100% digital subscription is only available to an individual of legal age with sole ownership. In the case that they are more than one owner, legal person or high for minor, they must select the option of registration with physical signature.
What is the minimum investment?
We want everyone to be able to invest with us. For this reason, the minimum investment is only 100 euros.
What investment funds does Horos offer?
We have two investment funds: Horos Value Iberia and Horos Value Internacional. The first one invests in shares of companies listed in Spain and Portugal. Horos Value Internacional can invest in shares of companies from anywhere in the world without limits.
Which of the funds do you recommend?
The managers invest most of their financial assets in the international fund, and a smaller part in the Iberian fund. By definition, the international fund has the greatest potential. Because it has no geographical limits, it contains our best investment ideas.
What fees are there?
The only fees are the management fee (1.80%) and the depositary fee (0.08%). There are no subscription, redemption or success fees.
When and how are fees charged?
Fees are discounted daily from the net asset value. For this reason, the net asset value and returns that are published are net of fees.
Can I transfer a fund from another manager to Horos?
Yes, you must only make the order indicating the main data of the origin fund (valid for a natural person resident in Spain).
What pension plan does Horos offer?
Our pension plan Horos Internacional PP replicates, roughly, the portfolio of our Horos Value International investment fund. It follows a value investing investment strategy and having no geographical or other limits has our best investment ideas.
What fees are there?
The only fees are the management fee (1.50%) and the depositary fee (0.102%). There are no subscription, redemption or success fees.
When and how are fees charged?
Fees are discounted daily from the net asset value. For this reason, the net asset value and returns that are published are net of fees.
Can I transfer a pension plan from another fund manager to Horos?
Yes, you must only make the order indicating the main data of the origin plan.
What investment philosophy does Horos follow?
We are loyal followers of value investing, which consists of buying shares of companies whose estimated value is higher than the price at which they are quoted, with plans of obtaining an optimal long-term profitability.
Is it possible to lose money with Horos products?
In long periods (at least 5 years) it is expected that our products have positive results. In short terms, the fluctuation of the markets can make the profitability negative for a certain time.
Is there a minimum investment period recommended?
Although we recommend a commitment of at least 5 years, you can buy and sell when you want. We do not charge commissions, neither to subscribe nor to reimburse.
Do managers invest their money in the products they manage?
Yes, most of their financial assets are invested in Horos products. You can see its operations by clicking here.
Can I invest for a minor?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe the funds for a minor. In case of doing so, it is necessary that one of the parents or a person empowered act as a tutor. Similarly, the child must have a DNI or NIF-K.
